My Family Tradition.

My country celebrates a wonderful holiday on March 8th, Woman's Day. March 8th is a wonderful day of love, spring beauty, and a day for all women. This is a way show love, tenderness and gratitude to those who care for us most; mothers, sisters, daughters, wives and girlfriends.On Mother's Day, men are give flowers, chocolates and small gifts to their mothers and women they hold dear. On this popular holiday, men are expected to do everything around the house and give their women the possibility to have at least one day off from all the cleaning and cooking. I like this holiday because the tradition of my family is to always get together. The men prepare a delicious dinner on Mother's Day and give flowers and beautiful gifts to the women. They usually cook fish, meat with vegetables and different salads. My mother loves this moment so much and she gets very happy to watch her children and grandchildren together. After dinner, all women open gifts and the children recite poems and sing songs. We like to take pictures of our family and spend time together. Currently, I live in California in the United States which is very far from where my mom lives. However, every year, I call her and spend for her gifts. I always remember my mom because she is very important person in my life.
